On 16.04.2026, the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University hosted a celebration of pure reason and deep logic! The 1st International Scientific and Methodological Conference \u201cTeaching Fundamental Mathematical Disciplines in Universities,\u201d dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Department of Fundamental Mathematics of V.N. Karazin KhNU, was held!<\/p>
The event gathered dozens of prominent mathematicians from all corners of Ukraine. We had the opportunity to listen to excellent presentations on the most diverse branches of mathematics, from the theory of plasticity and the theory of differential equations over non-commutative rings to the latest achievements in the field of artificial intelligence!<\/p>
We are immensely grateful to all conference participants! We thank the Defense Forces of Ukraine, because it is thanks to them that we were able to hold this extremely important scientific event. We hope that this conference will become an annual event, and we will celebrate the 10th, 20th, and even 100th anniversaries with festive sessions!<\/p>
