We announce the launch of the Seed Fund for Research Excellence \u2014 a grant program within the UK\u2013Ukraine University Twinning Initiative, coordinated by Cormack Consultancy Group (CCG).<\/div>

The Fund's goal is to strengthen the research potential of Ukrainian universities in the difficult conditions of war and support their readiness to participate in larger programs, including Horizon Europe.<\/div>

\u00a0<\/div>

$\"\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\udde6\"$ \u00a0Despite the full-scale war, Ukrainian universities continue to develop science, create innovations, and build international partnerships. The Seed Fund will help expand research capacity, deepen cooperation, support young scientists, and increase the global visibility of Ukrainian higher education institutions.<\/div>

$\"\ud83d\udca1\"$ \u00a0What the Seed Fund for Research Excellence supports:<\/div>

\u2013 small but highly effective joint research projects<\/div>

\u2013 building and strengthening international partnerships<\/div>

\u2013 preparation for participation in larger grant programs (including Horizon Europe)<\/div>

\u2013 mentorship, training activities, and development of young researchers<\/div>

\u2013 preparation of publications and dissemination of results<\/div>

\u2013 up to \u00a330,000 per project<\/div>

\u2013 open to all disciplines<\/div>

\u2013 the number of applications from one university is not limited<\/div>

\u2013 preference is given to partnerships within Twinning, but the program is open to any cooperation between Ukrainian and international higher education institutions<\/div>
