📣Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (Netherlands) invites students of Karazin University to take part in the Winter School, which will take place from January 12 – 30, 2026.
 
Please note that for participation in the competition, the mandatory requirement is an English language proficiency level of at least B2.
 
3 courses are presented for students:
▫️Changing Landscape of Food Consumption (in-person);
▫️Using Generative Artificial Intelligence in Academia (in-person);
▫️Climate Change, Migration and Social Control (online).
 
💡The competition is open to students of the following specializations: 
▫️Changing Landscape of Food Consumption – “Marketing”;
▫️Using Generative Artificial Intelligence in Academia – “Development and Software”;
▫️Climate Change, Migration and Social Control – “Humanities and Social Sciences”.
 
🗓 Study period: January 12-30, 2026.
 
☑ Financial conditions: mobility will take place under zero-grant conditions (accommodation, meals, travel expenses are covered by the participant independently), no scholarship is provided. The number of zero-grant places is limited. For other candidates, the registration fee is:
▫️Changing Landscape of Food Consumption – 680€;
▫️Using Generative Artificial Intelligence in Academia – 630€;
▫️Climate Change, Migration and Social Control – 630€.
 
List of documents required for participation in the competition: 
✅scan copy of the first page of the international passport,
✅CV in Europass format,
✅motivation letter in English,
✅transcript (in English, must be certified by the faculty),
✅English or Polish language certificate at a level not lower than B2; candidates who do not have an official certificate confirming their English language proficiency level may provide EF SET test results (https://www.efset.org/4-skill/);
✅preliminary list of selected subjects that best match the educational program the candidate is studying (total number – from 26 to 30 credits), according to the form (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HVgMNEaVB61Pk35b-Oji45lxj9eVY3iahFQd_oia-VI/edit?tab=t.0 ), 
✅certificate of inclusiveness (if available);
✅certificate from the dean's office stating that the candidate is a university student (in English).
