Erasmus+ for faculty and administrative staff at Freie Universität Berlin (Germany)

📣We invite lecturers and administrative staff of Karazin University to take part in the competition under the Erasmus+ program to participate in the International Week at Freie Universität Berlin (Germany) from June 22-26, 2026.
 
🔷️Thematic areas of the International Week:
1. More than memories: how alumni engagement contributes to the development of the entire educational institution
2. Preparing students for the future: current challenges and future directions of career counseling in universities
3. Gender and diversity in higher education — the experience of the Margherita von Brentano Center
4. Job Shadowing — staff development and support service for new employees
5. Connections between international relations officers: overcoming challenges, exchanging ideas, and discussing regional realities
6. Open science in libraries: access to knowledge and empowerment
7. Responding to global and regional challenges: a look at student academic mobility
8. Learning through practice: Model United Nations (MUN)
9. The power of connections: navigating regional partnerships and international networks
10. More opportunities and more limitations: how to overcome conflicting trends in research internationalization
11. “Third mission” in and beyond the classroom: concepts of learning with and in interaction with society
 
A mandatory condition is English language proficiency at least B2 level.
 
✔ Financial conditions: scholarship provided within the framework of the international academic mobility program ERASMUS+
 
🗓 Mobility period: June 22-26, 2026.
 
🗂 List of documents for participation in the competition:
✅ Scan copy of the first page of the international passport,
✅ CV in Europass format,
✅ Motivation letter,
✅ English language certificate (at least B2 level), in its absence – relevant EF SET test results (https://www.efset.org/4-skill/),
✅ Mobility plan in the form of Mobility Agreement For Training/Teaching: https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/resources-and-tools/mobility-and-learning-agreements/mobility-agreements

Administrative staff whose unit address is not in the established list must send documents to the email address int.dep@karazin.ua together with the unit meeting minutes regarding the recommendation of a candidate for participation in mobility.
