#Erasmus+ for students and PhD students at Sapienza University (Italy)

📣We invite students and postgraduate students of Karazin University to take part in the competition for studies under the Erasmus+ academic mobility program at Sapienza University (Italy) during the autumn semester of the 2026/27 academic year.
 
Please note that for participation in the competition, the mandatory requirement is a level of English or Italian language proficiency not lower than B2.
 
💡The competition is open to students of all specializations except medicine. 
 
Before submitting documents for the competition, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the list of available courses at Sapienza University: 
For bachelor's and master's students – https://corsidilaurea.uniroma1.it/en 
 
🗓Study period: September 2026 – February 2027
 
✔Financial conditions for students and postgraduate students: 850 euros per month, reimbursement of transport costs in the amount of 250 euros
 
List of documents required for participation in the competition:
 
For bachelor's and master's students:
✅scan copy of the first page of the international passport,
✅CV in Europass format,
✅motivation letter in English,
✅transcript of records in English, certified by the faculty,
✅official international certificate of English or Italian language at least B2 level; in its absence – EF SET test results (https://www.efset.org/4-skill/)
✅preliminary list of selected subjects (https://corsidilaurea.uniroma1.it/en), that best correspond to the educational program the candidate is studying (total – from 26 to 30 credits), in the form (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HVgMNEaVB61Pk35b-Oji45lxj9eVY3iahFQd_oia-VI/edit?tab=t.0 ), 
✅description of the research topic in English (only if the candidate plans research work as part of thesis preparation),
✅letter of acceptance, signed by one of the professors of Sapienza University (only if the candidate plans research work as part of thesis preparation),
✅certificate of inclusiveness (if available).
 
 
For postgraduate students:
✅scan copy of the first page of the international passport,
✅CV in Europass format,
✅motivation letter in English,
✅transcript (in English, must be certified by the faculty),
✅official international certificate of English or Italian language at least B2 level; in its absence – EF SET test results (https://www.efset.org/4-skill/)
✅Precise indication of the PhD program of interest to the candidate, among the proposed programs for obtaining a doctoral degree, in English in free form, (https://www.uniroma1.it/en/pagina/list-phd-programmes)
✅certificate of inclusivity (if available),
✅detailed research plan in English,
✅list of publications in English,
✅letter of support from the faculty staff of Karazin University in English,
✅letter of acceptance, signed by one of the professors of La Sapienza University, who will act as scientific supervisor.
