Erasmus+ mobility for teachers and administrative staff at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain)

📣We invite teachers and administrative staff of Karazin University to take part in the competition under the Erasmus+ program for teaching and traineeship at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain) in the autumn semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.
 
💡 The competition is open in all fields.
 
A mandatory condition is proficiency in English or Spanish at least B2 level.
 
✔ Financial conditions: a scholarship of 170 euros per day (5 days of mobility + 2 days of travel). Reimbursement of travel expenses – 395 euros (535 euros if Green Travel conditions are met)
 
🗓 Mobility period: 5 working days, excluding travel time. 
 
🗂️ List of documents for participation in the competition:
✅ Scan copy of the first page of the international passport,
✅ CV in Europass format,
✅ Motivation letter in English,
✅ Certificate of English or Spanish language (at least B2 level), in its absence – relevant EF SET test results (https://www.efset.org/4-skill/),
✅ Mobility plan in the form of Mobility Agreement For Teaching/Training: https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/resources-and-tools/mobility-and-learning-agreements/mobility-agreements

Please note: the final selection of candidates will be carried out by the host party.

Administrative staff whose unit address is not in the established list must send documents to the email address int.dep@karazin.ua together with the unit meeting minutes regarding the recommendation of a candidate for participation in mobility.
