Within the framework of the DAAD grant, a two-week visit of our faculty's lecturers Anna Honcharuk, Liudmyla Poliakova, and Oleksandr Leonov to the University of Ulm, Germany, took place. The purpose of the visit was to initiate scientific cooperation between our universities, get acquainted with the scientific directions of colleagues, and prepare for holding a summer school for students in 2026. During the visit, our lecturers presented reports on the topics of their scientific developments, namely «Implicit linear difference equation over a non-Archimedean ring» by A. Honcharuk and «Graph-based data analysis» by L. Poliakova and O. Leonov. They also held meetings with our students who are currently studying in Ulm under the double degree program, and with colleagues from Ulm University. Scientific cooperation has been initiated! We thank our lecturers for their fruitful work and hope for the active development of the faculty's activities in this direction!
