📣We invite lecturers and administrative staff of Karazin University to take part in the competition under the Erasmus+ program for participation in three events at the University of L'Aquila (Italy) during June 2026.
💡 Events:
▫️Staff Week on the preservation of Ukrainian scientific heritage and cooperation within the consortium (June 3-6)
▫️Staff Week on modeling, high-performance computing, and cybersecurity (June 8-13)
▫️Internship in managing double degree programs (without fixed dates).
❗ A mandatory condition is English language proficiency at least B2 level.
✔ Financial conditions: scholarship – approximately 160 euros per day, reimbursement of transport costs – approximately 275 euros.
🗓 Mobility period: 5-10 days until 31.07.2026.
🗂 List of documents for participation in the competition:
✅ Scan copy of the first page of the international passport,
✅ CV using the template from the host institution:
✅️certificate confirming employment at Karazin University (in English)
✅ Motivation letter,
✅ English language certificate (at least B2 level), in its absence – relevant EF SET test results (https://www.efset.org/4-skill/),
✅ Mobility Plan in the form of Mobility Agreement For Training:
