In 2026, as part of the joint project of the Ministry of Education and Science and the World Bank «Improving Higher Education in Ukraine for Results» (Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project – UIHERP), the faculty was equipped with modern computing infrastructure for conducting scientific research, processing large data arrays, and supporting the educational process.
The goal is to create a unified high-performance computing platform at the faculty for scientific research and experimental developments in the field of big data processing (Big Data), training and optimization of artificial intelligence models (LLM), and the development and testing of algorithms for quantum computing on a quantum computer simulator. This platform provides researchers with access to the necessary resources for solving complex, resource-intensive tasks, will accelerate development and analysis cycles, and will contribute to the creation of new, advanced technologies.
