📣We invite lecturers and administrative staff of Karazin University to take part in the Erasmus+ Staff Week at the University of Oulu (Finland) in the autumn semester of the 2026/27 academic year.
📚 The event is dedicated to the development of international mobility, exchange of experience between universities, implementation of innovative approaches in teaching, as well as supporting the integration of international students and strengthening intercultural interaction.
Lecturers and administrative staff working in the field of international cooperation, internationalization of higher education, and academic mobility are invited to participate.
❗️To participate in the competition, a mandatory requirement is English language proficiency not lower than B2 level.
✔ Financial conditions: a grant of 1639 euros for the mobility period (5 days of mobility and 2 days for travel).
🗓 Mobility period: November 23–27, 2026
🗂 List of documents for participation in the competition:
✅ Scan copy of the first page of the international passport,
✅ CV in Europass format,
✅ Motivation letter in English
✅ English language certificate (at least B2 level), in its absence – relevant EF SET test results (https://www.efset.org/4-skill/),
✅ Mobility plan in the form of a Mobility Agreement
