📣We invite students of educational levels bachelor, master, and doctoral candidates of Karazin University to participate in the competition for studies under the Erasmus+ academic mobility program at the University of Minho (Portugal) during the spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.
💡The competition is open to students of all specializations.
Before submitting your application, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the list of courses:

Language proficiency requirements: English or Portuguese at least B2 level
Duration of study: February 2027 – June 2027.
✔Financial conditions: scholarship of 850 euros per month, reimbursement of transport costs of 580 euros, additional financial support of 250 euros per month.
🗂List of documents required for participation in the competition:
General:
✅copy of the first page of the international passport;
✅CV in English;
✅motivation letter (no more than one page, in English), outlining the reasons for applying, specific competencies, scientific interests, professional experience, and benefits that participation in mobility will bring to the candidate;
✅document confirming the status of a student / studying at Karazin University (in English);
✅certificate of English and/or Portuguese language at least B2 level; candidates who do not have an official certificate confirming their English language proficiency may provide EF SET test results (https://www.efset.org/4-
✅transcript of records (in English, must be certified by the faculty (institute) issuing the transcript);

For bachelor's degree students:
✅ Learning Agreement with a list of selected educational components (total number – from 26 to 30 credits) that best correspond to the educational program in which the candidate is studying, in the form: https://docs.google.com/
The Learning Agreement must be signed by the candidate and the coordinator at the faculty (or institute).
For Master's degree seekers:
✅ document on higher education obtained (Bachelor's diploma);
✅ supplement to the Bachelor's diploma
✅ Learning Agreement with a list of selected educational components (total number – from 26 to 30 credits) that best correspond to the educational program in which the candidate is studying, in the form: https://docs.google.com/
The Learning Agreement must be signed by the candidate and the coordinator at the faculty (or institute).
For postgraduate students:
✅ documents on previously obtained higher education degrees (Bachelor's diploma, Master's diploma,
✅ supplements to the Bachelor's diploma and Master's diploma
✅ Learning Agreement with an outlined work plan https://docs.google.com/
Please note: The Learning Agreement must be properly filled out, signed by the candidate and the coordinator at the faculty (or institute), and also agreed upon with the host university.
✅ A letter of support or an invitation letter from the host university is mandatory. In the absence of the specified confirmation, the application will not be accepted by the host university.
Please note: the final selection of candidates will be carried out by the host party.
